Biographical Notes
Robert Bruce Inverarity was director of the Federal Art Project in Seattle from 1936 to 1941 and director of the Art and Craft Project for the State of Washington . He collaborated with Fay Chong , Jacob Elshin and Julius Twohy on the project .
