Notes	note pasted on verso: "WEDGEWOOD SPECULATIVE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPEMENT [i.e. Development] 1953 West of 35th Avenue N. E. at East 81st Street Developer: Albert Balchen [i.e. Balch] In this neighborhood of two hundred homes, the consistently related designs coupled with the preservation of the beautyfull [i.e. beautiful] trees have produced a charming and harmonious developement [i.e. development]. The modest two and three bed-room homes are variations of the basic plan with a few other designs for special situations. Strange as it seems, few project developers have been willing to save the trees and natural growth abounding in Seattle. Showin is Noth [i.e. North] side of street facing south. Built in the 40's
