" The same photograph appears in the University of Washington's Prosch Seattle Album , Volume 2 , page 28 with the following caption : "Seattle in 1882 , from Dearborn Street and Twelfth Avenue South , looking N.W . Among buildings are Stetson & Post sawmill , gas works , County Courthouse , Catholic , Episcopal and Methodist Churches , Squire's Opera House , Frauenthal and Post buildings , Yesler Wharf. "
