Description	Seattle Times article of July 13, 1959 (p. 7) shows very similar (but not exactly the same) photo. Caption of that photo reads: "RUSS TOLD OF PLANS: In New York yesterday -- Senator Warren G. Magnuson, left, showed Frol Kozlov, Soviet deputy premier, some of his plans for the Century 21 Exposition as they met on the steps of the Soviet Embassy. Ewen C. Dingwall, exposition director, held the book of plans. In the rear were Mikhail A. Menshikov, Soviet ambassador to the United States, behind Magnuson, and Allan E. Beach, deputy director of the exposition.--A.P. wirephoto." Unreadable box in lower right corner of this photo suggests it was copied from a similar source.
