Description	Wenatchee Youth Circus, performing in Memorial Stadium during Century 21 Exposition (Seattle World’s Fair). “The Wenatchee Youth Circus, billed as the ‘Greatest Little Show on Earth,’ will perform twice daily in the Memorial Stadium at the World’s Fair August 20 through 26. The circus features aerial and tumbling acts.” (Seattle Times, July 6, 1962, p. 12C.) Memorial Stadium was built in 1948 in memory of former Seattle high-school students killed in World War II. Owned by the Seattle School District, it was leased to the Century 21 Exposition for the Seattle World’s Fair. The Fair’s opening ceremonies and many large events were held there.
