Description	Open since the 1970's, this Wallingford bakery has changed owners over the years. In 1987, the Queen Anne and Admiral Thriftway supermarkets bought Boulangerie from Leah Grossman to start baking its own store-brand products. In 1995, Thriftway sold the bakery to one of its longtime employees, Xon Danh Luong, a Vietnamese immigrant. Luong had previously worked there as both baker and manager.
